I think opposite day is underway.

Seven years ago, in the 8 o’clock hour, I sat in front of my TV and watched Katrina make landfall and swallow up New Orleans and the Mississippi Gulf Coast before the power winked out for over two weeks.
I’m further inland now and helping evacuees and their pets.
Life and weather are strange.
